London FAQs

Before you bookBefore you goBefore you book or go

The All-London 2027 bundle

What do I get with the bundle?

One stand of the type you choose at each of the five 2027 London fairs (Croydon, Brentford, Twickenham, Whitechapel and Hornsey), with 20% off the five London prices. One confirmation and one Exhibitor Guide cover all five, with a separate card and calendar links for each fair. You get reminders before each fair, and every stand includes 12 months on our Jobs Board.

Can I mix stand types across the five fairs?

The bundle is one stand type at all five. To mix types (say Headline in Whitechapel and Standard elsewhere), book the fairs one by one at their normal London prices.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. At checkout, pay by card or choose an invoice payable within 14 days by card, bank transfer or against a PO. The 20% is applied either way.

How is the 20% applied?

Automatically, at checkout: when your booking holds all five London 2027 fairs at the same stand type, those five stands are each charged at 80% of the London price. There is no code to enter.

What if a fair sells out?

If a fair sells out of one stand type, that type's bundle shows as unavailable here and can't be booked, and the other types stay bookable. If a whole fair sells out, no bundle can be booked, because the bundle needs all five, and the other four fairs can still be booked one by one at their normal London prices.

What if I can't make one of the fairs?

Each stand can be changed on its own and keeps the bundle price you paid. If you need to cancel or move one fair, our usual terms apply to that fair, and the other four keep their bundle price.

Can I upgrade a stand later?

Yes. An upgrade at one fair is charged at the difference between the London list prices, for example Premium to Headline is £600 + VAT.

How long is the bundle price available?

Until 15 September 2027, the day before the first fair. Stand credits and event tokens are redeemed fair by fair and don't combine with the bundle.

Going to a London fair

How much does it cost to attend?

Nothing. Every UK Careers Fair event is completely free for candidates to attend, always.

Do I need to register?

Registering is free and takes under a minute. We'll send you the details and a reminder, and you get a free Jobs Board account where you can see who's exhibiting and browse live jobs. You can register for one fair or all five.

What time should I arrive?

All of our events run from 10am until 2pm. We recommend arriving by 1pm to ensure you have enough time to visit every stand and make the most of your experience.

How do I get to each fair?
  • Croydon, Fairfield Halls: East Croydon station is about a 9 minute walk, or take the tram to George Street or East Croydon.
  • Brentford, Gtech Community Stadium: Kew Bridge station is next to the stadium. Gunnersbury (District line, Overground) is about a 15 minute walk.
  • Twickenham, Allianz Stadium: Twickenham station is about a 15 minute walk, Whitton about 20.
  • Whitechapel, Tower Hamlets Town Hall: Whitechapel station (Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City, Overground) is across the road.
  • Hornsey, Hornsey Town Hall: Crouch Hill station (Overground) is about a 15 minute walk, Hornsey station about 20 minutes. From Finsbury Park, the W7 bus goes to Crouch End.

Parking varies by venue, and Tower Hamlets Town Hall has no general visitor parking, so we recommend public transport. Check routes and step-free access with TfL Go or the TfL Journey Planner.

Who will be exhibiting?

Line-ups are confirmed right up to the day of each fair, so we don't publish a fixed list. Register and we'll keep you posted, or see who is hiring now on our Jobs Board.
