Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Consultant for our upcoming office in Manchester. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities and achieving sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and maintaining client connections
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus
- UK IAA Level 1 Immigration Advisor qualification is a plus, not mandatory
- RCIC registered advisor qualification is a plus, not mandatory
- Australia RMA certification is a plus, not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve set targets
- Valid visa or authorisation to work in the UK for at least 1 year minimum is mandatory. Sponsorship is after the candidate proves him / her
