We are looking for a passionate and approachable IAG Volunteer to support our Deaf community through our Drop-in Service.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a direct impact by providing information, advice, and guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Deaf clients attending the Drop-in Service with general enquiries

Provide guidance on employment, training, benefits, housing, and education

Assist with CV writing, job applications, and online forms

Signpost individuals to appropriate internal and external services

Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Ideal for:

Students or graduates in Careers Guidance, HR, Education, Social Care, or Community Work

Individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in frontline community support

Those passionate about empowering Deaf individuals

BSL users (desirable)
