- Weekday: £47.65 - £56.40 for the first two hours | £19.20 - £23.60 per hour thereafter
- Weekend: £52.60 - £61.30 for the first two hours |£21.70 - £26.05per hour thereafter

- Refer-a-Friend Bonus – Earn up to £250 for each successful referral

What You’ll Do as a Visiting Care Assistant:
- Companionship & Emotional Support – Build meaningful connections with your clients
- Personal Care – Help with daily tasks such as washing, bathing, and dressing
- Meal Preparation & Food Shopping – Ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to their needs
- Light Housework & Household Management – Keeping the home comfortable and organized
- Escorting Clients to Appointments – Offering support with travel to and from medical or social appointments

Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for caring, with a commitment to going the extra mile
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
- Ability to travel to Central London within 30 minutes
- Dementia care experience is essential
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
- Self-employed status with a professional reference
Training Required (or willingness to complete):
- Manual Handling
- Basic Life Support
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
Flexible Work Schedule:
Our hours vary based on client needs, but we prefer candidates with good availability across the week (Monday to Sunday) to ensure we can provide the best care possible for our clients.
